The SPHERE HYDRAULIC CARTRIDGE is an innovative hydraulic cartridge for race performance by Dal Soggio, excellent for off-road discipline, especially for enduro but also very adaptable for high performance motocross applications.
The SPHERE HYDRAULIC CARTRIDGE is a pressurised, Dual Chamber cartridge, precision manufactured to the highest standards. The Sphere cartridge offers increased sensitivity and response making the front end more tractable, providing greater levels rider feedback. The obvious benefits being increased confidence along with greater riding pleasure.
WHAT’S NEW ON SPHERE KIT 3.0!
- New bladder to give more sensitivity to the cartridge;
The inside of the new bladder is thinner and strength and this makes the entire cartridge much more sensitive and precise on bleeding.
- New compression base valve with separated high speed and low speed settiing;
The compression base valve has separated high speed and low speed settings, so they could be individually modified.
- New compression piston which is 36mm instead 28mm. With “Direct Flow Technology”.
The new compression piston is 36mm diameter and no longer 28mm and this increases the linearity of the entire front fork.
But the real revolution is the “Direct Flow Technology”. The piston takes the oil directly without Z passages and it gives less stress to the cartridge.
If this is your first SPHERE Kit you will discover that this particular sealed and pressurized cartridge considerably increases the precision and sensitivity of the forks, giving better feedback to the rider.
